About Marta

Some folks end up in marketing just by chance. For me, it has always brought together everything I enjoy: psychology, strategy, creative direction, systems and leadership.

I moved from Poland to England to study International Business and Management because I was curious about how successful companies operate and why so many lose control or their competitive edge as they scale.

Over the last 10+ years, that curiosity has turned into hands-on experience across the UK, EU and US. I’ve worked with global brands, startups unsure how to compete, and scaling DTC, tech and SaaS companies.

My work tends to focus on brands at moments of transition, when their revenue is growing, but their positioning, processes or team needs realignment.

That means refining the narrative, raising execution standards and building systems that make marketing and branding more coherent. I have led 12-person teams, managed £500k+ budgets and delivered +87% YoY revenue growth by fixing these fundamentals.

My edge? Equal parts Brand Strategist, Creative Director and Marketing Operations Lead. I believe aesthetics and messaging do need to catch the eye, but must also deliver results that matter to the bottom line.

As Seneca once said: “Luck is when opportunity meets preparation.” And in marketing (as in business), growth rarely happens by chance. It comes from focus, thoughtful strategy, high standards and the right people, all moving in the same direction.


Outside work, I travel whenever possible, often with a camera in hand, documenting the world through small, candid moments. I also try to keep active most days: you can often catch me at the gym, going for walks, hiking, dancing, or just hanging out with my loved ones.
