About Marta
I call the UK my second home now, having moved there from Poland to study International Business, driven by a curiosity about how global organisations are built.
Spending my university years split across Northern England, Spain, and the Netherlands (with a brief exchange in China) shaped an international point of view and an intuitive sense for what resonates with diverse audiences.
Over the last 10+ years, that curiosity has turned into hands-on experience across the UK, EU, and US. I’ve worked with global brands, early-stage startups trying to find their footing, and scaling DTC, tech, and SaaS companies.
These days I’m focused on experience-led international businesses in high-end hospitality, travel, aviation and wellness.
As Seneca once said: “Luck is when opportunity meets preparation.” And in marketing (as in business), growth rarely happens by chance. It comes from focus, thoughtful strategy, high standards and the right people, all moving in the same direction.
Outside work, I travel whenever possible, often with a camera in hand, documenting the world through candid moments. I also try to keep active most days: you can often catch me at the gym, going for walks, hiking, dancing, or just hanging out with my loved ones.
